Processing & Handling Time
- Coffee orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.
- Apparel & accessories (t-shirts, hats, and other print-on-demand items) are fulfilled by our print partner and require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Domestic U.S. Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all coffee orders shipped within the United States — no minimum order required.
Apparel and accessory items ship via flat-rate pricing:
- Standard domestic: $4.49–$6.99 depending on item type
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
International Shipping
We ship to 200+ countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order.
- Standard International (USPS): Rates vary by destination. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
- Express International: Available at checkout for select destinations. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Wild Dog Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website or via the Shop app.
